First of all I would like to welcome and thank the visitors who log on to the Official Website of Public Complaints Bureau, Prime Minister's Department.
As an organization that contributes towards achieving public service excellence through resolving public complaints, PCB always strives to provide access and information on services in order to fulfil the needs of its clients.
Thus, PCB has provided a platform parallel to the six (6) principles namely CTI-PCI as outlined by the Prime Minister. CTI is an acronym for 'Cepat, Tepat dan Intergriti' (Swift, Accurate and Integrity) while PCI refers to 'Produktiviti, Kreativiti dan Inovasi' (Productivity, Creativity and Innovation).
This portal is seen as an enabler to disseminate information and improve the two-way communication between the organization and the community. This portal is an important information repository in order to expand the dissemination of information regarding public complaints management, organization's activities to stakeholders and the public.
It is also my pleasure to invite and welcome the public to submit any constructive suggestions to improve the effectiveness of this portal. Any feedback, opinions and suggestions can be forwarded to the webmaster so that the portal continues to be effective and beneficial to all parties.
Finally, I believe the Official Portal of the Public Complaints Bureau will be a source of information to the public. I welcome any constructive views to strengthen knowledge management and the facility provided.
