Director-General of Public Complaints Bureau Visits 1MOCC

1MOCC 1MOCC, Cyberjaya. The Director-General (DG) of the Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) visited the 1Malaysia One Call Centre (1MoCC) on the 25th June 2014. The objective of the visit was to further enhance and improve the complaints management exercise as well as to strengthen the communication between the Government and the general public.
