Vision
To be a key organisation which contributes towards achieving public service excellence through resolving public complaints.

Mission
To resolve public complaints in a prompt, fair and courteous manner as well as to obtain public feedback on government policies and programs towards enhancing the quality of life of all Malaysians.

Quality Statement

We are committed in delivering quality services and are dedicated in resolving complaints to satisfy clients' needs in line with the existing Quality Management System.

We are also committed in continuously improving the Quality Management System and re-evaluating all set of quality objectives to ensure their relevance with clients' needs.
