Monitoring on News and Complaints Through Newspapers

PCB will monitor news and complaints reported by major dailies against Government agencies every day. All government agencies are required to give their feedback on issues raised by these dailies within 3 working days if there are any issues raised against them. PCB has created a system in its I-Aduan system to help the agencies update their feedback to the relavent newspapers. An automatic reminder will be send from the system to the Secretary General of Ministry if the ministry failed to reply to the newspaper within 3 working days. PCB will prepare a weekly report to the Chief Secretary of The Government to inform him on statistics and issues raised via local newspapers.
