Role and Responsibilities

- To formulate policies on public complaints management system.

- To consider and make decisions on reports/cases submitted by PCB.

- To direct heads of department concerned to attend meetings of the PCPC to explain specific complaints/cases.

- To direct the heads of department concerned to take remedial action of the complaints referred to it.

 


 Administrative Powers

- Requesting for information.

- Checking of files and related documents.

- Seeking explanation from officers concerne.
