Mobile Complaints Counter (MCC) at Stadium Perbandaran Pasir Gudang

Johor, 19 to May 21, 2017 - Mega Sale Carnival 2017 organized by Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism of Johor State. The program was officiated by Y.A.B Dato' Mohamed Khaled bin Nordin, Menteri Besar of Johor. Public Complaints Bureau Of Johor State has opened a Mobile Complaints Counter for three days started from 19th may 2017 till 21st May 2017, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

The Objectives of our Mobile Complaints Counter is to provide facilities for the public to lodge complaints, or to get advices and give their ideas on the scope of duties and jurisdiction of our federal and state agencies. In addition, PCB also promote Rakyat Responz (RR) to the public.

There were 321 complainant attended our Counter to make inquiries and to get advices. A total of 253 people have downloaded the RR Mobile Application. Only one (1) complaint received throughout program. Officers in duty during the program is Mrs. Aida binti Jamaluddin, Mr Suhaimi bin Abdul Aziz, Mrs. Norlina binti Othman, Mr. Malek bin Awang, Mrs. Norkartina binti Mat Nor, Mrs. Azura binti Ab. Aziz, Mr. Mohammad Zainal bin Tuki Abiddin and Mr. Mohd Fadli bin Abd. Aziz.
