Briefing on Public Complaints Management Guidelines at the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development

13 December 2013 – PUTRAJAYA – A briefing on the Guidelines Regarding Public Complaints Management was given by Mdm Anis Rizana, Deputy Secretary-General (Complaints), Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) at the Conference Room, Level 29, Ministry of Rural & Regional Development at Precint 4, Putrajaya.

 

The PCB delegation has been specially invited to deliver the briefing by the Ministry of Rural & Regional Development Corporate Communications Unit. Present at the briefing were PCB’s staff comprising Ms Priya Darisini, Assistant Director (Innovation Unit), Mdm Salina Taharim, Coordinator Complaints Unit 5, and Mdm Noor Idayu Yeop Husin, PCB’s Corporate Communications Officer.

 

As HOD, Mdm Anis Rizana delivered in detail the Guidelines and managed to answer eloquently various questions put forward by the session’s attendees. Invariably, she also made known the benchmark that PCB has referred to taking into account Thailand and Australian experiences in dealing with hardcore complainants.

 

Present at the briefing were officers from MARA, RISDA, FELCRA, KEMAS, KESEDAR and other various government agencies.
