Complaints Management Briefing to the Ministry of Education

PUTRAJAYA, 23rd OCTOBER 2013 – The Deputy Director-General (Complaints) of Public Complaints Bureau (PCB), Ms Anis Rizana Mohd Zainudin @ Mohd Zainuddin today rendered a briefing session regarding the Enhancement in Complaints Management to the Ministry of Education (MOE). The session was attended by all Complaints Managers of agencies in the ministry.

 

The briefing was held in succession of the Complaints Management Seminar held by the PCB on the 24th September 2013. The attendees of the briefing session demonstrated keen interest to attain better understanding on the new role that will be carried out by the PCB in future. The session is regarded as a forum that managed to educate MOE’s Complaints Management Officers on the contents of new circular that will be circulated to all agencies soon.
