Mesra Rakyat Programme and IMCC Dungun

DUNGUN, 1 October 2013 - MESRA Rakyat Programme Dungun was held successfully at Dewan Dagang, Politeknik Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin, Dungun Terengganu from 8.00 am until 1.30 pm. These program was organized by the Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) in collaboration with the office State Secretary of Terengganu and was officially launched by Haji Johan bin Ibrahim, representing the Honorable State Secretary of Terengganu.


MESRA Rakyat Programme is an annual event that provides opportunity for the public to submit any complaints or concerns directly to the Head of Government agencies. A total of 19 departments and agencies involved in this program led by Heads of Department as members of the opinion sharing session, chaired by Haji Johan bin Ibrahim.


The event that was held from 8.00 am attracted more than 700 visitors and a total of 40 cases of complaints from 18 complainants were recorded throughout the session.


At the same time, BPA Terengganu/Kelantan also opened an Integrated Mobile Complaints Counter (IMCC) at Dataran Politeknik Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. 12 government departments and agencies were invited to jointly open a complaint counter during this IMCC program. A total of 100 visitor has attended and 9 cases and 35 advice were recorded during the IMCC program that makes the total number of complaints are 49 cases
