PCB Assembly – October 2013

phoca_thumb_l_perhimpunanpagi_9_okt_2PUTRAJAYA, 9th October 2013 – PCB staffs were reminded to adhere and abide to proper work ethics in order to elevate the image of the organisation by the Director-General of PCB, Dato’ Mahani Tan Abdullah. She delivered the message in the October Month Assembly of the PCB here today.

 

The PCB staffs were urged to develop the habit of thinking out of the box to initiate unique ideas that will serve as the catalyst for the transformation agenda of the government of the day. Quoting the Chief Secretary to the Government’s speech in AISA 2013, she noted that history has repeatedly proved that only those who were bold enough to challenge the status quo managed to excel. She also assured that the Top Management of the PCB was always prepared to receive constructive ideas on the evolution of the service delivery to stake-holders.

 

Dato’ Mahani also thanked all the staffs of the PCB on their involvement and commitment that the made the Public Complains Management Seminar on 14th September a success and hoped that the synergy shown during the event will be further elevated and continued. She ended her note by wishing all Muslim Staffs Selamat Hari Raya Aidiladha.

 

Mr M. Paramjothy from the PCB of Selangor presented a slide show themed ‘Disney’s Approach to Quality Service’ in the knowledge sharing session at the end of the assembly. The presentation was about the approach taken by Disney to provide the best service to their customers.
