Mobile Complaints Counter at Menumbuk Ferry Terminal

MENUMBUK, 27 APRIL 2013 - The Public Complaints Bureau of Sabah (PCB Sabah) opened a Mobile Complaints Counter (MCC) inside the Menumbuk Ferry Terminal commencing from 8.00am until 11.00am.

Overall, PCB Sabah’s counter was visited by 35 people, mostly of whom were users of the ferry and speedboat services between Menumbuk and Labuan. The majority of the visitors wanted to take a closer look at PCB’s role and one (1) complaint was recorded from them while the rest were given advice on how to make official complaints via PCB.
